Sheeting and Upholstery |
|
The Sheeting and Upholstery range comprises of high density fabric with widths up to 141”. This includes Percales up to 350 thread count and Sateens up to 1000 thread count. These fabrics have a yarn count range of Ne 40/1 – 120/1 and are made of combed 100% Cotton and Polyester Cotton. Fabrics are also manufactured using spun poly and poly filament. |

Apparel |
|
Various blends of Cotton with Polyester, Silk, Viscose, Nylon and Linen are used to make narrow width fabrics of upto 72”. Fabrics with a high cover factor are manufactured using compact yarns. The apparel fabric design range includes Twills, Drills, Canvases, Herringbone, Matt, Panamas, Ribstop, Broken Twills, Bedford Cord and Dobby. Shirting fabric is manufactured with combed yarns in the range of Ne 40/1 – 120/1 with a weight range of 50-150 GSM. Bottoms are made with carded, 2ply & 3ply yarns in the count range of Ne 5/1 – 30/1 and a weight range of 200 – 450 GSM. |

Stretch Fabric |
|
One-way stretch and bi-stretch fabrics with counts up to Ne 60/1 are manufactured. Nishat Chunian is Lycra® accredited by Du Pont and the in-house production facilitates stretch fabric production. Other than Lycra®, Elaspan and Spandex are also used depending on customer requirements. |

Slub Fabric |
|
These include Warp Slub, Weft Slub and also cross hatch Slub fabrics. Benefiting from the largest in-house Slub spinning capacity in Pakistan , fabrics are made with PC Slub, Slub Lycra® and multiple Slub yarns in warp and weft.

The flexibility in our product range allows us to use various types of fibers. Some of the fancy yarns we use include blends of Cool Max® , T-400™, Modal , Tencel, Bamboo, Soyabean Fiber, Milk Fiber and Amicor.

Innovation in Fabric Construction
Our innovations in fabric construction have resulted into several noteworthy products. High thread count sheeting fabrics of unmatched quality have been produced with 800 and 1000 thread count using single ply yarn of Ne 150. Fabrics have been made with upto 6 pick insertions with both single and double yarns. Some other products which have been developed include the self-quilting fabric made through a special weaving technique. Some fancy dobby fabrics with intricate designs have also been manufactured using 12-14 frames. |
