The spinning facility of Nishat Chunian consists of five units with a capacity of 130,000 spindles, producing 85 million pounds of yarn per annum. To maintain a consistent product quality, stringent measures are taken not only in the sophisticated in-house labs, but throughout the production process.

In order to accommodate the demands of a broader spectrum of clientele, NCL covers the complete range of coarse to fine counts from 5/1 to 120/1. In addition to Pakistani, Australian, Pima and Egyptian cottons, yarns are produced in various blends using Polyester, Viscose-Rayon, Tencel and Modal. Keeping pace with the new trends in the textile industry, we also produce yarns using CoolMax ® , Amicore, Milk fiber, Soyabean fiber, Bamboo fiber and Metallic Fibers.
